Tuesday, October 15th

Today we traded our Music time with Ms. Jones class, so just had our Daily Warm up and then went to music.

In technology time, most of us were working on patterns in Mathletics. Mrs. Armour reminded us that "Live Mathletics" and creating our profile picture are for home - we need to focus on our tasks during school time!

We started our planning for our Spooky Story by thinking up our characters, settings, obstacle and story starter. We could roll a dice for ideas or come up with them ourselves. Ask me what my story will be about, who are my characters, where will it take place and what obstacles will there be! We will try to "show" not just "tell" our story by using lots of interesting, juicy, describing words.

Today for gym we started our volleyball unit. We will practice our skills this week and play mini-games next week. We tried setting high and light today.

In science we did an experiment with our pupils called Pupillary Response. Ask me what happens when we turned the light off and on again. You can try this again at home in the mirror or with your parents or siblings.
