Monday

Today we got new jobs for the week. Logan and Trinity can bring their favorite books to share. Ingmar and Malik are helping with blog.

Gymnastics - The jungle gym was added today so we can climb ropes and ladders and nets! Mrs. Polski came in to remind us of the safety rules - the wood is for our hands not the blue metal. Only climb as high as you feel comfortable. Have fun!

Country Posters - We made posters with Flags, title and athlete names - that's us! Ask us what else we added

Opening Ceremonies - We walked through the gym with the grade 5 and 6's cheering us on! Mrs. Boyer then lead us through an "athletes oath" to remind us of being great teammates and put our best into each activity.

After lunch we made Little Discovery Books from our Nose Hill hike on Friday. Ask us how we used the 5W's to write what we discovered.

Thanks for sharing your Minecraft book Colin and Tessa the Teacher book, Tessa:). We went outside to end the day because it was so beautiful.

LIBRARY TOMORROW - we will also be enjoying Kindergartens display of 100 days of school!

TREAT DAY TOMORROW - Mrs. Armour will have her "bank of quarters" if you forget you can borrow.

FIELD TRIP WEDNESDAY - Off to Leighton Art Centre! We will plan to leave by 9AM and be back by 3PM. It is PINK SHIRT day too to support BE A FRIEND, BE KIND, JUST BE NICE day!

Looking ahead to next week Tuesday, March 6th the whole school will be going to Bella Concert Hall at Mount Royal University. Forms will be coming home tomorrow.

FUN LUNCH is MARCH 8th.
