Today we made discussed "WHAT IS KINDNESS?" What does it LOOK like and what does it SOUND like? We tried using only positive words and the challenge was to not say "don't" It was tricky but here are some of our great ideas! Then we made Thank you cards (a great was to show kindness!) for our Big Buddies in grade 5/6 that helped us with the Arctic games on Friday. We delivered them after gym.

After gym we did an experiment called "Fool your senses." We used cold, warm and room temperature bowls of water. Ask me what we discovered!
Tomorrow is Kindness day so we can wear pink to remember to be kind and treat others the way we want to be treated. It's always cool to be kind!
A reminder non-instruction day Friday so no school for students. Friday is also a new month - yay March! Have you heard the saying, "In like a lion, out like a lamb?" Do you know what it means? Do you think the beginning of March will be like a lion or a lamb?
